By downloading or using ProSnapPDF ("the App"), published by Exyvalon Development FZ-LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
Documents you scan remain yours and remain on your device. We claim no rights over them and have no access to them. You are responsible for the content you scan and for complying with applicable law (including not scanning documents you have no right to reproduce).
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law; use it to violate others' rights; or attempt to circumvent purchase verification.
The App is provided "as is". While we work hard on quality, we do not warrant that scans, OCR results, or generated PDFs are error-free or fit for any particular purpose (including legal or archival requirements — always verify important documents). Back up important files; we cannot recover data stored only on your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss.
These Terms apply until terminated. We may terminate the license if you breach the Terms. Sections 3, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's seat (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
