SafetyNow provides personal-safety tools including Emergency SOS, Live Location sharing, Safe Walk, Family Tracking, Fake Call, crash/impact detection, and call protection.
SafetyNow is a personal safety aid and does not replace official emergency services (police, ambulance, fire). Features depend on your device, its sensors, network connectivity, battery, and permissions, and may not function in all situations. In a real emergency, always contact your local emergency number. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any failure of a feature to operate or for any outcome of a safety event.
SafetyNow Premium is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; unused trial time is forfeited when a purchase completes. Emergency SOS, Live Location, and Safe Walk remain free for everyone.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it to track any person without their knowledge and consent. Family Tracking and location sharing must only be used with the informed consent of the people involved and in accordance with applicable law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exyvalon Development FZ-LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
