What's free and what's Premium?

How do I add trusted contacts?

Open the app and add the people who should be alerted during a safety event. Their details are stored on your device and used only to notify them when you trigger an alert.

How do I start a Safe Walk or share my location?

From the home screen, tap Safe Walk or Live Location. Your location is shared with your trusted contacts only while the feature is active, and sharing stops when you end it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select SafetyNow Premium, and tap Cancel. Or in the app: Settings → Subscription.

Is SafetyNow a replacement for calling emergency services?
